Lullabies are the first songs we learn, sung directly to us in a place of intimacy and love. These songs hold a deep power to center and calm us. With Laughing Tree Lullabies, we intend to carry some of these much-loved songs to the next generation. From many different countries, mixed with different languages and styles, each song is laid over ambient sounds from everyday life. These repetitive, environmental sounds, such as the murmur of traffic and whisper of running water soothe and help bring sleep.

Whether you are enjoying a quiet evening at home with friends or putting the baby down for the night, we hope this nostalgic, multi-textured collection will bring quiet and rest.
